Katrina grew up
helping her mother and grandmother
pick chokecherries along dirt roads
in Wyoming. Katrina’s grandmother
was truly famous among her family
and friends for her Chokecherry
Wine.
So the discovery of wild
chokecherries, wild plums, and
mulberries growing right outside the
door of her new home in Nebraska led
Katrina on a wonderful journey.
Katrina began gathering all that she
could pick, then making juice, then
taking the juice over to her
grandmother’s so she could make her
"famous" wine. It was then that her
husband, Greg, suggested that
Katrina should learn to make jelly
and jams as well.
All the while, Katrina was reading
about the Proverbs 31 woman and how
she was an entrepreneur and helped
provide for her family; what an
inspiration! With this sign from
above, her grandmother's influence,
and the continuing encouragement
from here husband Greg, it wasn't
long before "Heavenly Creations LLC"
was born!
Katrina and her husband, Greg, farm
near Stapleton, Nebraska and have 3
children; Devan, Payton, and Maxon.
Greg's grandmother came to Nebraska
in 1906 in a covered wagon when she
was only seven years old and later
moved to Stapleton in 1926 with her
husband and children. Greg and
Katrina live on that land today.
Carrying on a family tradition of
creating from nature, Heavenly
Creations takes great care to ensure
the flavor and goodness of each and
every jar or bottle is not inhibited
by adding preservatives or corn
syrup. It is the prayer of Heavenly
Creations that the gourmet products
you purchase from us bless your
home. We hope it stirs up some sweet
memories of sitting at your
grandmother's table.

both Korean War Veterans, plus
Greg’s grandfather was in WWI. Greg
